I'm reposting this link Mwabi sent to me. I suspect many didn't take a look. It's a brief editorial on black teen girls the issue of color bias in the black. Its a good view. http://www.uthtv.com/umedia/show/2052/
SP and other PR fans Mwabi has posted her PR recap at her new blog. Stop by.
When I have time tomorrow I must do an audio post and share with you what the homeless man said to me outside of the grocery yesterday. Hilarious!
I'm off to a session. I'll see ya tomorrow.

Big Ups!
1. I need to publicly thank Chele, SP and Princess Dominique for buying tanks. It means a lot to me that you guys are supporting my efforts to get this shirt idea off the ground. I have to give an extra special thanks to Mwabi for being my sounding board everyday. Thanks for listening to my fears, and concerns and offering up sound, reasonable solutions.
2. I was driving down a residential street this morning and saw a charming scene. Six or 7 birds were playing in the water streaming from lawn sprinklers. Two birds were flapping their wings in the water as they hovered in the stream of water while the other 4 or 5 birds hopped around in the water puddle. I love the sight of it for someone reason. I wish I had a camera to capture the moment.
3. I saw footage from my animated show this week and everything is really coming together nicely. I think it looks amazing. I can't wait for you guys to see the show. I swear I fall in love with this project every time something new develops.
4. My cousin 2M had me dying the other day. Why did this fool tell he watches the jiggle factor of ass in the mirror while he runs on the treadmill at the gym? "I don't like nobody looking at my butt. It's big. I have to make sure it doesn't get out of control."
5. Read this book profile page from B.arn.es & Nob.les. It's pure comedy. Make note of the customer review.

I Can't Hear You
Why is that the phone never rings when you're engaged in one those irritating phone conversations where you find yourself close to unleashing a verbal assualt on the person on the other end of the call? Yesterday I found myself involved in a very peculiar chat with a caller (someone from the recent past) that was trying desperately to interpret my every statement. That in itself isn't so bad. I myself analyze people by their words, thoughts and deeds. However, I never make my analysis the focal point of conversation. In fact, if I'm sizing you up, you'll never know.
If it's one (of many) things that bothers me, its for anyone to think they can understand the complexity of me in ONE conversation. Are you serious? Do you really think I'm that simple? Not a chance. There may be a recurrent theme in the way I think but trust and believe that small window I've allowed you access will never reveal the whole story.
Personally, I think it's quite silly to assume that you categorize me or that you think you're doing me a favor by sharing with me what category of people I fit into. Ha! What a lark. As if I don't know myself. I'm silly with one, serious as a heart attack with another, a confidant to some and distant to a few. But I don't see how you would you know that? The very thing you perceive me to be is nothing more than a facade, a plastic shell that is easily discardable.
You can keep your personal insights and observations for someone who cares to hear what you have to say. I don't respect your opinion. Your observations are in fact opinion because you've never seen me - it's never been shown to you.
