It's a time travel which is a huge interest of mine and the romance focuses on an interracial couple, Thor (white ex-pro quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons) and Willow (a freedwoman of color who yearns to be the next Harriet Tubman). The idea came to me suddenly and I jumped on it.

About Dominiqua: Dominiqua Douglas was born in the Mid West, raised in the South and spent twelve years on the West Coast. Thanks to her parents and older siblings teaching, she became an avid reader prior to starting school. Interest in biographies transformed to interest in fairy tales, which led to love of romance novels. As her bookshelves overflowed, family and friends encouraged her to write. At first, she ignored their suggestions but when a surge of inspiration flowed through her during a college playwriting assignment, a spark ignited. In the late 90s, the spark roared into a flame when she discovered the joys of not only reading fan fiction but also writing it, focusing on multicultural themes. Readers' responses, awards and encouragement prompted her to focus on her own original work. When she is not writing or reading, she enjoys designing websites, watching movies, traveling and delicious chocolate.

Plots sounds like the reverse of Kindred by Octavia Butler. Will have to check it out.
